By using the LexWorld Calendar App (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service provides calendar booking and scheduling functionality, including:

• Google Calendar integration
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Booking confirmations and notifications

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating bookings
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Booking Rules

• Bookings are subject to availability
• You agree to provide truthful information
• You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes
• You understand that bookings may be modified or canceled by the service provider

5. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to access your calendar data
• You acknowledge that we will create events on your behalf
• You can disconnect at any time
• We will not modify existing events without your consent

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service for its intended purpose
• Respect other users’ privacy and time
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its content are owned by LexWorld Solutions
• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service (if any).
